they just don't know what it will be just yet: another incubation like BCSF or JV, etc..but they will disclose it once it comes to fruition. They did hinted JV/Acquisition in one of their previously filed 8K about tapping into solar/nanotechnology sector and now just confirmed on the ongoing discussion about it.

Investing is like any other skill, you have to learn it to master it !
