Additionally, it was 960,000 in capital for restricted shares on 2/11. The share price then was around 5.50. So I'll just guess at a 25% discount which would be around 225,000 to 250,000 shares that aren't allowed into the market until the restricted qualifiers are removed in a year or 2. GLUC current OS is under 12 million and the float is around 6 million.
So don't you worry a bit,..just buckle up!
