It is my understanding the Zoom call is just for the residents, who have a problem with MedRecycler, to be able to make comments and voice concerns. I'm not sure anything of note is supposed to come out of it.

My guess is it will just be a bitch-fest from people who don't want to learn about the technology, or they've been led to believe the technology is bad.
