Short position data for OTC equity securities must be reported by FINRA Member firms (FINRA Rule 4560) twice monthly. these shorts include NSS, meaning, in order to keep a liquid market, NSS is allowed.

the data is skewed for OTC's.

MM's can short, esp NSS...

but retail is not shorting this and the MM's are not shorting this as you think.

we can argue all day about it, but at the end of the day, i know how hard it is to short an otc as a retail investor.

both we both agree, we want the PPS up.
