If the company needs to dilute to raise the cash to launch the Token, and acquire Gold Mines or Gold in general. All this does is boost the shareholder value and brings more buyers into the stock. Raising A/S is not a problem if the money raised gives shareholder value.
There are 11 MM's on an OTCBB stock. That is not NORMAL!
