It looks like HGEN's lenzilumab might be the holy grail of treatments since GM-CSF inhibition is exactly what is does. It is being trialed at the Mayo Clinic. The Mayo Clinic has had phenomenal results with their Covid patients. Covid patients at Mayo have had a 1% mortality rate while the national average is 3%. One-third of the patients in lenzilumab's trial received a placebo which means that the 1% mortality rate might have been even lower if all patients had received lenzilumab. I can't wait for trial results.
