Just to start I own a large position in this stock and don’t plan on selling at least until next February for LT gains tax.

I will never understand why people become so angry when someone says the word dilution. It is very obvious that is what is going on.

Yes T-trades are not ALWAYS dilution but not when they are happening every single day and in this large of volumes.

Also every time large bids go up they are taken out by a large dump into the bid. This is indicative of dilution especially when CDEL has had a large offer that disappears and then that size hits the bid.

Lastly the company has tweeted twice regarding old debt confirming the possibility (probability) of dilution.

So here is where I differ from everyone who gets angry with this word. Some of the best opportunities come from legit companies who have dilution. When that dilution stops watch out! I think it is great that this stock is diluting and yet holding its huge gains since the end of January.

For all those who are angry with the reality of this stock diluting just try to relax cuz once it goes current and starts announcing acquisitions the end of Q1 will be around the corner and this will explode. My guess is it will explode before end of Q1 and eat up all that is diluting.

Think of the dilution as forming a higher base and stop being so upset about it. In the end, for those that are paytient, it will create a bigger run and ROI.

Ok go ahead and call me names now, lol.
