Yeah but it needs to happen ASAP. They went public..immediately became behind on filings and now are current but providing no update on name change.

If they have a new application in for name change..they need to communicate that as they look like a mom and pop shop running a fly by night public ticker.

They put out PR but no communication besides "working on name change"....
