Talked to Mr. Frank yesterday and I must say I was very impressed with how approachable he is. I called and left a message and no later than 2 minutes he called me back.

He assured me that he is moving forward with the 2021(10) key initiatives mentioned in the letter. The two that stuck out to me are the 100 million share reduction and the uplisting to a higher OTC tier (QB).

So as I see it we should have a nice flow of news this year that should carry us into the $1.00 and beyond price range.
