See shares outstanding now and how many their were several years ago. They have converted common to preferred. Over the past few years company issued shares for IR services and consulting. Very low when we read the above headline. Firth has not sold any shares in several YEARS. This can be confirmed in viewing filings at OTC Markets and now in the S1 Audit. Pretty meaningful that management has not sold any shares in several years.
