I hoping they don't reverse split but being that they mentioned it in the file, it must be on their mind to do it. Which isn't good.

I was hoping the reverse split they were referencing was about shares being created for BCSF as a separate entity under PUGET's (PUGE) holding company.
Hopefully the CC will bring some light to this.

They are also doing an offering of $1 million dollars worth of stock.

in any case, puge has a big plan
