Simply Collect Your Sample

Purchase your Frontline First Sign tests and we’ll ship them to you asap from our warehouse located here in the USA. Processing, shipping and handling are estimated to take 7 days. In today’s uncertain times, it offers peace of mind to keep our tests on hand in case you need them.

Finish & Discover Your Results

You’ll place your swab into the buffer bottle and solution, screw on the cap and immediately test your sample using the First Sign device included. Using the dropper on your buffer bottle, place 3 drops of your solution on the device’s sample well and set a timer for 15 minutes. If the test appears pink, read the result after a total of 30 minutes.

Reading Your First Sign Device

Our device has two letters— C & T —clearly marked where lines will appear to show your results. If positive for Covid-19, both lines will appear. If negative, only the line next to C will appear. If no lines or only the line next to T appears, your test is invalid and you will need to take another.

What Next?

If your test is positive, you should self isolate and contact your doctor to get an official diagnosis and begin treatment. If your test is negative, congratulations! However, if symptoms persist, take another test in a day or two or see your doctor about what may be causing your illness. If invalid, your test may have been compromised by the swab or other components of your test coming in contact with bacteria. Be sure to sanitize prior to testing, be careful not to touch anything and follow all instructions.

What happens if I receive a positive result?
If you receive a positive result you should remain in self-isolation, and inform your healthcare provider of your result. You should follow the guidance provided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

If you develop emergency warning signs for COVID-19 get medical attention immediately. Emergency warning signs include*:

Difficulty breathing or shortness of breath
Persistent pain or pressure in the chest
New confusion or inability to arouse
Bluish lips or face
*This list is not all inclusive. Please consult your medical provider for any other symptoms that are severe or concerning.

After you’ve been exposed to the virus, how long does it take (on average) before symptoms appear?
The length of time between a person becoming infected with the type of coronavirus that causes COVID-19 disease and developing symptoms can vary. Symptoms usually develop between 2-14 days after being exposed to the virus, with the average length of time being about 5 days.
Do I have to send The First Sign At-Home Covid Test into a lab before I get my results?
While some “at-home” test kits require you to send in your sample, with The First Sign At-Home Covid Test it’s all done in the comfort of your home. You take your sample, use the test, and read your results. It couldn’t be easier.
Where can I get the most up to date information on COVID-19?
You can find information about COVID-19 on the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) website. This website provides information about how to protect yourself and others from the coronavirus, and what to do if you become unwell.
What does FDA Authorized mean?
Frontline’s At-Home Coronavirus Test (COVID-19) has been authorized by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for at-home consumer use, which provides consumers with the ability to test themselves from the comfort and safety of their homes.

When there are no FDA-approved or cleared tests available, and other criteria are met, the FDA can make tests available under an emergency access mechanism called an Emergency Use Authorization (EUA).The EUA for this test is supported by the Secretary of Health and Human Services (HHS’s) declaration that circumstances exist to justify the emergency use of in vitro diagnostics for the detection and / or diagnosis of the virus that causes COVID-19.

How accurate are the First Sign At-Home tests?
In professional quality control testing, three specimens of COVID-19 were tested at negative, weak and strong levels. These were tested in ten replications over three consecutive days and were correctly identified 99% of the time.

The First Sign SARS-CoV-2 Antigen Test is a rapid lateral flow chromatographic immunoassay for the qualitative detection of SARS-CoV-2 antigens by nasopharyngeal swab (NP), anterior nasal swab (NS) and oropharyngeal swab (OS) within the first seven days of symptoms. Our test, when performed correctly is not unlike that which would be performed by your healthcare provider.

As with tests performed by healthcare providers, it is possible for false positive or false negative results. That is why we recommend you self isolate and see your doctor for an official diagnosis and treatment if you receive a positive result. If your test is negative and your symptoms persist, you can take another First Sign At-Home Test. If your test is still negative, see a doctor about what may be causing your symptoms.

How is my privacy protected?
Keeping your data secure is important to us. Your purchasing information is completely confidential and, because you perform the test in the privacy of your home, your results are private.
Were medical professionals involved in the process of developing the First Sign At-Home Test?
Frontline’s suppliers are the same as those that your healthcare provider uses for quick response Covid testing. These tests have recently been approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for use at-home and endorsed by U.S. President Joe Biden.
What is the 30-day money back guarantee / return policy?
