And the MYTH of the 11th circuit "MUST decide and render an opinion in 90 days" is STILL being propagated on social media LMAO !!

The 11th circuit can and will TAKE AS LONG AS THEY WANT OR NEED - and often "average" 6 months to ONE YEAR to render and post their final written decision after oral arguments are heard. Google it - thems the facts :)

It's Tomas and who or what else - where is this "WORLD LEADING MEDICAL RESEARCH" occurring - since Tomas gave away what was left of their leased facility they once had and gave away their stem cell banking biz into ANOTHER secretive "deal" as usual and this time with a private and secretive micro LLC owned by Sean Berman (is Tomas part of that private LLC like Northstar and several of the now defunct clinic "deals" etc ? How would one know??) !

LAWSUITS and big ole legal bills is all I see- they're getting sued in Broward for $1.4 MILLION large as we speak by Brenda Leonhardt who has a prior COURT ORDER and "case win" stating USRM owes her that money - where the hell is USRM going to get $1.4 million when they had $78K cash in 2019 the LAST SEC FILING THEY EVER MADE ???????

Looking pretty grim here IMO - they can only wait this out for so long and moreover, what is "there" to actually even exist a "company and business" even if they get a remand and ANOTHER YEAR most like in a on-going and prolonged court case back with Ungaro ???????
