The pump would have to come from the company and that never happened as you stated in your post.

So if investors bought/sold solely on the law suit that's on them. Much more behind the scenes than the law suit. Honestly who cares about the law suit...I want to hear more about the CEA deal, Michigan Credit Union deal, Hyundai, Ford and possible signing of one of the largest dealers in the country.
