Pretty much what it is...shares being sold at a discount. Prob to those MM's. Happens a lot to OTC stocks. It actually helps the stock trade healthier. Better than those scamming CEO's that pay pump crews to pump the PPS so they can dump shares in the open market to crash any kind of rally their stock has.
