Hello RMacchio, I came across that article a few years back and like you’ve done some DD. Been taught a great lesson and don’t wish anymore honest investors to become victim to these scams that play on these tactics. Joe S and other so-called microcap stock advisors know how to play the game that make them rich at the cost of us losing.
All I can say is...everyone investing in these microcaps, do your DD and hopefully screen out the scams and get ROI on some legit companies. I have to admit my portfolio is much better since not using these microcap advisors and doing my own research...stay away from companies with convertible debt, it’s toxic.GLTA
