It contains no new information, it's likely that they did this because of the companies listed on the OTC that are being suspended due to lack of filings/communication with the OTC or SEC. It's an indication to any regulatory bodies that things are happening here and not to presume the company is dead. A number of custodians seem to be doing this kind of filing just to dot their I's and cross their T's, so this is positive.
