BWA. There is no doubt that there are BP shenanigans influencing the FDA. That being said, I have worked with numerous government agencies. There are boxes to be checked and box checkers working at the agencies. There is every incentive to say no if every box is not checked. Even without corruption there is zero incentive for risk taking by an agency employee. Very simple Q&A...is every box checked? NO; OK that one is a NO. Even NP said that on the CC. There is no wiggle room ( unless someone way at the top gives it). Tough to blame the FDA; close doesn’t count. If there is a slightest reason to “kick” something, it gets kicked. If the trials delivered it would be way harder for FDA to deny LL. Does NP get the FDA slow roll...probably, all the more reason every thing that is done has to check every box. That has clearly never been done by this team.
