Why would they be on PVDG? Because a WHALE is accumulating for their Hedge or Institutional fund. They are not small potatoes, however, they keep a tight hold while slowly accumulating. Been watching them for weeks on L2.
If you notice the stock is down 25% from last week's high. Because a WHALE has a set entry price for their shares of it's JANE's job to complete the transaction.
