I've had this for years.... Looking nice for a break of $.01 and on up once more details are updated.

This is really shaping up to be of huge interest to all that take a shot on these types of plays. I've seen many make it's move, filings completed, shares reduced, and plenty of money & effort to use the share structure then fade to nothing. With how this is trading it seems like we could have a really attractive "re-set" for someone to take over and run like hell.
