That is what I suspect.

We get the restaurant opening in less than 2 weeks.

We get the uplist to OTCQB shortly thereafter. That is HUGE. The importance of the uplist to OTCQB can't be overlooked.

At adds a certain validity to the stock. Confidence.

There will be news releases that flow after that OTCQB stamp is next to the ticker.
