i did not know this, i figured the SEC had an enforcement division..

But they will only look into the company to see if they had a part in the fake twitter... they will not look for who ever did it...thats a law enforcement issue not a SEC issue.

That sucks because it will keep happening in OTC land.

OTC Markets should make a section for "verified" twitter handles and social media, so we can see if its legit.

Not saying we were dumb for believing it, because well, we are clearly spec players and when we saw it, we wanted in first.

i didnt pull the trigger yesterday for any because the twitter just didnt seem normal to me (with the earlier twitter Engery_savoy and then Savoy Energy)..

but ill admit, it did get me.
