Appreciate your response; Gores 6 (GHVI/GHVIW, Matterport) had a deal lined up and waiting for the units to split to common/warrants. Obviously, not saying that will be the case here but it's possible.

As it's close to NAV, it seems safe to get in now even if early 'and' will get some free'ish warrants out of it.

Gores seems about 50% hit rate for good deals; we only have the 1 Gores/Metro to look at (LAZR, Luminar) which obviously was a huge success.

Even if extremely early... even if market dives... even if no deal ever happens here......... the downside seems limited. I can't think of a better risk/reward profile(?)
