I am not sure what this post means? Maybe that many people gamble? Each to his own vices. However attempting to publish falsehoods regrading a stock in an attempt to manipulate the PPS is of course illegal.

There is a fine balance between freedom of speech and illegal activity, BUT when people post material that is misleading and often just made up, well that is MORALLY WRONG!
