Seriously... it was a OTC invoice and it was the OTC that slapped the CE on the stock... if they had received an actual payment from the company do you think they would then turn around a label them with a Skull and Cross Bones symbol. WTF kind of logic is that.

That entire thing yesteday was a scam, it was all fake the No Reverse Split tweet, the LOI and 8-K tweet, the OTC invoice...all of it was FAKE...thats why we have been downgraded to a Skull and Cross Bones.
