Yes ...Great post! Some are suggesting as high at 300$ per server owed to NLST..over 12 years..Google has used about 15 million servers...thats 4.5 billion dollars...possible triple damages too..

Google is fighting so hard..As NLST could also argue that without the 912 patent they would have only accumulated 500 billion in market cap instead of 1 trillion dollars..A jury will decide how much of that trillion goes to NLST..

2 billion settlement = about 10 bucks a share
20 billion settlement = about 100 bucks a share..

Its like saying .... Tampa bay .... you won the superbowl..but would you have won with out Tom Brady?..
