While I see your point about the people looking for a quick lottery ticket being disappointed, I see it as good news! The fact that PM also requested an extension before HCMC replies to the motion to dismiss says something critical. The fact that it was a JOINT request, speaks volumes. There is only one reason in my opinion that PM would also seek extension. And that would be because PM and HCMC are engaged in talks outdoors. And that spells good news for HCMC and it's investors. Who knows how short or how long this process will be but this was a good sign in my opinion!
