Not trying to argue with you, but its more than just a style thing. Those suffixes have a meaning as to the type of company it is, as i'm sure you know.
I'm just reminded of the filing that said there were only two shareholders. (my guess is laazar and tian.)
I'll go out on a limb here again and say the comapany can document having all shares in treasury. Wei/we can name our own price. This still has potential to be huge. 'Course it can still be p'd, d'd and diluted to the tune of 8.9 bil, too.
