Yeah, that's weird BW dilutes shares to buy fringe companies, dumps them, and then rewards himself with depressed share prices. I haven't looked at all of BW's 4K's, throughout $NBEV's history. But if BW is consistently selling at a peak, he should be held accountable by the SEC. Please let me know about any BW trades like that.
I guess if you have enough depressed or discounted shares, it really doesn't matter. Anyone would be happy with 10M shares at $1 0r $.50. The business world is a bit counterintuitive.
I do wish $NBEV would stop buying and diluting. I never heard of Alvien, Inc. I am not Japanese and unfortunately don't have any Japanese friends, but Google never heard of Alvien. So, why would $NBEV again dilute to buy Alvien at approximately 1M shares. What's up with that weird press release, anyway? Thirteen days before four quarter and full-year results in March 16, 2021.. Hey, $NBEV is buying, yet, again?
I am telling you guys as a major cerveza consumer. Marketing and distribution is the key to the fizzy drink biz. If I order a Coke here, I might end up with a Orange Soda (maybe Coke product). Again, I am not a fan of the MLM scheme, but at least it's focused. But is anybody asking for New Age products and how do they purchase them (other than MLM). Very confusing. Does anybody in Colorado or Utah like this stuff?
