Folks anyone have anything on the way that an OTC company would release news such as MSTO did today - that wasn't an 8K and it was picked up by other news outlets such as New Media Wire. Would that have gone directly to OTC Markets first or a secondary outlet or something? I understand about 8Ks getting picked up that quickly but that wasn't through EDGAR
