It looks like I missed some things while away on business.

Too sad to think.

I thought that maybe this stock might somehow be different
than EVERY other stock that does a Private Placement. But,
I was wrong. Once a Private Placement is done on any stock,
the price of the stock will tend to fall to the PP price.
Since the PP was at $ 1.20 ( while we were paying $ 1.70 ),
we are now paying the price as public shareholders.

Normally, after a PP, the PP holders short the stock and
lock in the spread between the current price and the PP
price, then unwind those positions once the lows are reached.
It basically hurts the public holders to benefit the new
PP holders.

The lows of $ 1.30 seem to validate this thought.

What a shame.

Someone big seemed to come out today ( 500,000 shares ).
Maybe this got rid of the last sellers.

I guess this is now a long-term hold.
