Nader needs to go.

He has put the company in a precarious position and he lacks in the the skills necessary to succeed in his position. He makes the same mistakes constantly and doesn't reach out for help in areas where his knowledge is deficient.

With competent management, CYDY would likely have an EUA right now. No one in the industry or the FDA trusts Nader; in fact they think he's a clown and smirk when you bring up his name. We deserve to have a competent CEO who has the skillset to bring home an approval for COVID. Right now we have a bumbling fool who can't get out of his own way. LL may still get an approval but it will be in spite of Nader and not because of him.

The BOD needs to do their fiduciary duty and protect the interests of the shareholders. No longer will we allow Nader to line his and the board's pockets with shares. The board needs to do what's best for the company and replace Nader.

Nader is the 3rd highest paid executive in Oregon--behind the Nike Chairman and CEO. Think about that--a buffoon who has never generated a dollar of revenue for the company is third highest paid executive in Oregon. That's wrong and shouldn't be allowed to happen. The BOD needs to act to repair this egregious situation. Because his office is across the river from Portland, they included him in this study.
