you guys believe in fairy taies.
So much has to line up for there to be a hugh verdict.
1) Law has to be on HDC's side.(maybe it isn't)
2) Intel has to have used this patent for a significant profit gain in it's products; and
not just some piss-ant application of it.(Intel might not have ever used it).
3) The amount of damages has to PROVEN to be pretty large;(where will that proof come from?)
4) To get treble damages, which would be required for this to have the result
everyone says is coming, the judge or jury has to see egregious behavior on the part of Intel. (I think
that is far-fetched---just ask Alan)
6) Intel has to agree to a settlement (if they do, they won't pay much) or agree to go to
trial (which they won't)
6) HDC has to NOT run out of money as Intel drags this out for as long as they can--or HDC will issue
another zillions share to the CEO for a $50,000 dollar loan---HA)

Really, do you suckers think all this will go HDC"s way??
