Talked to the company (CEO) last Thursday and had a long conversation about status of the company becoming current, issuance of information, current sales and general direction the company wants to take. It was a very positive discussion without him divulging any information that would violate disclosure laws.

He will discuss with attorney and PR department what kind of status he could put into a press release. Basically he is waiting on FINRA review/approval and then get current with OTC markets to begin regular updates.

We discussed the issue of reverse split and he said that the amount of shares the company has is too many for the direction he wants to take the company. (There are different ways of reducing the number of shares a company has, cancelling shares, buybacks, reverse splits) The first two are seen as positive but the last is usually seen negative by shareholders because it leads to dumping shares down the road. The question is why reverse split-if to up-list to another market (NASDAQ), get another class of investor and backers etc., this could be positive.

I do not think he has any inclination towards dumping since he seemed to want to raise the company from penny-land.
