I wouldn't have expected the PPS to rebound a bunch without news however the volume build coming into the announcement was interesting. It feels like there is something going on behind the scenes. These talks could go either way...I am encouraged by the fact that VPLM is still very much alive and fighting. I feel cautious optimism is the way to look at this.

Contrary what many say about pumping, IMO VPLM does a terrible job in getting their story out to the wider world. It's like an aspiring guitarist spending all his/her time in their basement practicing for an audience of one!
