It's interesting to me that a non-investor would post this. Because as an investor, with a little knowledge it is demonstrably clear that there is naked shorting by the MM's. Just watch ASCM (on other tickers) and NITE (on this ticker) for a few hours. They constantly undercut the ask, while on top of the bid with a buy a tick or two below the ask. Pretty simple to see. One reason why SEC is taking action.
