Yes, naked short selling does exist on the OTC. One of the things I do for a living is watch OTC stocks and how they behave. An example of naked shorts is when a specific MM is constantly cutting the ask, while on the bid. This is blatant and no denying (selling higher than buying in nano seconds, set up by their algo's). MM NITE did this exact thing on IPIX for most of the morning yesterday. Anyone saying that naked short selling doesn't exist on the OTC simply isn't looking at the right facts!
