Here is my thoughts on your post:

Revenue - $60.5m could be covered a bit more or less with business that existed last year. Revenues fluctuate a bit month over month, up and down, with customer usage I believe.

Vonage SMS - likely for the area iQSTEL covers like America to Latin America, possible other areas. They believe they may pick up VOIP with Vonage later in the year.

MPNA - You didn't list this one, but it could be huge for the company. There is so much good news, its almost easy to forget. MPNA is said to be high margin and it is a service that will be offered to, I believe, all the companies iQSTEL does business with. It will start out with a select few but offered to likely all later. What sets this apart is unlike the current SMS and VOIP service that iQSTEL provides to its service companies, which is SMS and VOIP for certain areas like LATAM and Africa and Europe, the MPNA is something that can be sold to the service companies, and all their (billions) of customers where iQSTEL handles there SMS and VOIP, or not. All Verizon, All China Mobile, All Telefonica, All Vonage, the list goes on and on.

MPNA is a product iQSTEL has, not sure anyone else does, and something that can be used worldwide, by everyone. Just in the first couple of years they expect to get 10% of a stated $260m annual market. In short, this up-sell product, IMO, could be bigger than the existing core business it came from, and has a higher margin. Imagine if in 5 years they had half that market, annually.

Blockchain - iQSTEL has another product called Settlement and Marketplace. I haven't seen any recent update from iQSTEL if this is still on go, what it is, when it will be brought online, who sold to, what kind of revenue and margins we might expect.

New Visa Debit Card Service - Original estimates showed modest revenue gains for 2021, but with the partnership with DT One then it was said to accelerate the roll out potential. By 2022 it could really command a percent of the overall, and lots of growth potential for years to come after.

EV - I am not up on ALYI but I think a lot may depend on how their coin offering pans out. But the true partner for iQSTEL is Modus, and the EV communication devices and batteries they develop will be available to the entire EV industry. IOT Labs is an award winning division. And if ALYI comes through that's some pretty good revenue added on for iQSTEL. If ALYI is real successful, I would think they will get even more contracts beyond the original. and thus more possible potential for iQSTEL. Perhaps even more products will emerge.

IoT - The Fortune 500 company and 2500 units appears to be just a pilot. But we learned that it creates a recurring monthly income for iQSTEL. The LOI may mean we are in a trial phase, but the presumption might be that if this develops into a contract then maybe we will be talking about a recurring monthly revenue for hundreds of thousands of devices. And that for the one Fortune 500 company. If they land one maybe many others will follow.

And that still leaves the device for propane tanks, that started it all and won the award. We haven't heard of a contract there, but something to watch for, and again, could be rolled out to many, many, many, companies. There is some competition, but iQSTEL may have some advantages in fringe area communications and battery life, and there was the award.

IoT - maybe the best thing about IoT Labs, is all the potential mentioned thus far is basically for two products from the lab. The potential for IoT devices may be staggering as 5G becomes common, and iQSTEL/IoT Labs is among the early leaders.

And if all that wasn't enough they could always buy more submarine cable and such, or create new ventures. This company, these people, are relentless at pursing revenue opportunities and see synergies where maybe no one saw them before. Who knows what they pursue next?

Up Listing - We saw $2 once. We are not there today, and don't know how long it may take to get there, but as we saw it could happen quick. It will be shame if we have to wait a while for $2, and not saying we will. But if all the good things happening doesn't seal the deal, you have to think, IMO, strong positive net income would be the final clincher, if/when. The combining of SMS and VOIP business should help.

Debt free - helps net income come closer, should prevent further dilution for anything other than projects that create further shareholder value.
