Ultimately it is.

Why did they choose to go this Treasury Shares route, instead of simply issuing common shares? There's a reason they did that.

The government is slow. Even with OWS, which significantly speed up the process, there are still hurdles, and rightfully so in most cases. Safety really does matter, as much as trying to find a therapeutic that is beneficial. The relevant science doesn't occur over night either.

This takes time.

For those thinking they are "going to the moon" or "buying a lambo" over night in the near term will be disappointed. This isn't Gamestop. This isn't that kind of stock. This isn't that kind of science. These aren't that kind of scientists.

Those "day trading" this stock, unless dealing with massive numbers, are likely to be disappointed. This isn't that kind of stock.

For those thinking a RS...assuming it even happens, is nothing but bad news for this stock need to remember that IF one occurs, it won't be because they are trying to STAY listed on NASDAQ (or DOW), but because they are trying to GET listed. That's NOT a trivial difference.
And remember, while your number of shares is reduced, the value of your investment remains the same immediately after the split (until the price goes up or down like all stocks do).

You'll find numerous results from a search for companies that did a RS, then UPLISTED and their stock is more valuable now that before the split.

Of course we would all like our thousands / tens of thousands / hundreds of thousands / millions of shares to remain un-split and go from $0.3 a share to $30 a share or $300 a share. It's a bit of a fever dream though, at least in the short term. This isn't that kind of stock.

Even if the news coming out of the 60 day timeline is mostly good, the stock will most likely bump a bit, then come back down to where it's been for a while now.

Zysami will likely turn out to be a home run therapeutic against Covid...but it's not going to be revealed as such for several more quarters, perhaps even years.

I know the science, I believe in the scientist's behind it and I'm long this stock.

This is a long term play.
