8-k we were expecting to confirm AS raised to 10Billion was filed. No RS of common stock, and any future debt won't be convertible for years into the future. Wayyyyyyyyyyyyy better than just doing a RS like XMET just announced, instead BYOC just raised the AS.

Not worried about preferred shares issued in future acquisitions because they can't be converted for a long time and the companies Market Cap can grow unimpeded up to a more reasonable value by then. Company appears ready to make some big deals this year the way they are getting all this lined up.
