Thanks, I was actually trying to find that. Wasn't expecting it to be in NewYork and they never made the docket.
I see why it took so long.
Does their lawyer know what he is doing? When will they get the summons right and stop refiling. When will they figure out exactly who it is they are suing, they started by suing everyone, OTC, the TA, the corporation and the CEO?
Why is it in NewYork? Is Savenne a foreign company? Remo might be in Newyork but I don't think he is and the corporation isn't.
What authority does NewYork district court have over a NV or WY base corp. Where you file a suit is important, especially if your trying to get a default judgement, hoping nobody shows up.
Personal property fraud? That sounds like a bit of a stretch. This falls under contract law more than likely. I don't do paywalls so I can't read the complaint. Maybe a copy will show up somewhere.

Why is Savenne suing and MMG making false claims in the press(that sure doesn't help their case)? Who exactly is in charge here?

Good luck to them, might know something this time next year.
