When things are verifiable, you don’t need to prove it hundred times and people won’t raise questions. If you announce you have a 50/50 partner (and 500m pref shares) and there was no filing or signed documents or can’t be found their existence verifiably, obviously, people will raise questions. If you say you’re working with an investment banker and promised to announce name and time passes, you don’t announce, people will ask questions.

When you say you acquired VirtuaBroker and filed 8K and they have a website, no one questions.

IF you do it right first time in case of major things, there will be no questions and you don’t have to tweet million times. You’re not Apple or Tesla or Google that people take face value. You’re an OTC company, no one takes your face value for obvious reasons even JT will not if it is another OTC company, lol.
