Yep, and the 1-A was signed by the CEO and a Director on February 23rd. Almost three months after they received a summons from the court.

I guess it just slipped their mind to add that to the Subsequent Events section of the filing?

Also, after looking into it, Unlimited Civil Cases in California are for amounts over $25,000.
