I pinged Andrew,CEO, regarding status update and got a very positive response.

“We are very close on our 2019Q. There were some hold ups with the Tax Provisions but I believe we have everything resolved.
We will be making announcements after we complete this filing.

The overall plan is to get the company current and implement a revenue stream as soon as possible.
