There is a zero percent chance that HCMC will use proceeds from the lawsuit, assuming they win, to buy back and retire shares. Alot of these shares have been issued at .001 and lower. If they win the lawsuit, the share price should be between 1 - 5 cents. That would be the worst thing they could do with the proceeds. They need that money to grow their business plan.
