Here is a copy of my email to Janet Woodcock. I tried to keep it simple and quick to read. It didn't even get a canned acknowledgement.
Dear Ms Woodcock,

     As a citizen, of the USA, I am requesting that you consider EUA for Vyrologix (Leronlimab) for use against Covid-19. I am asking, based on these points:

1) Is it safe? Yes, its safety profile is unmatched.

2) Does it offer benefit? Yes, it offers statistically significant benefit over Dexamethasone, for serious and critical patients. Additionally, it shortens hospital stay by six days.

3) Can it save lives? Yes, it can. Although, the critical patient group was small, it shows that it can save lives that would have been lost under the current standard of care. This has been reinforced through EINDs and OLE.

     Again, this treatment is proven safe, offers benefit, and can save lives. In the interest of advancing beneficial care, the decision should be simple. Please, grant this treatment an EUA, while gathering more clinical evidence of its benefit.
