So I read thru the 8K, does anyone care to speculate who they are referring to when they say a Social media account is trying to manipulate this stock ? I sure as hell didn't receive a Cease and Desist letter..
Now, while it goes with out saying that M I R O is historically been known to be a hack and he uses broken English, furthermore his writing skills really need work as well when it comes to writing legal briefs such as this 8K.
If there is a ligament exit from bankruptcy we could see this go higher, probably after the 25th of this month.
The huge problem with this stock now is the 258 million shares that someone got for a song and the potential of yet more shares getting issued before the 25th, and he still hasn't mentioned the the Black Mountain Capital , LLC dispute yet, which he will end up giving up another 300 million shares for. Why even file for bankruptcy, just pay everyone off with useless shares and have the new entity/ buyer perform a reverse split.
At the rate we are going I think a reverse split is highly likely once a new company buys this old shell.. This bankruptcy process was horribly managed by M I R O in my opinion.. What a freakin Hack.
