You probably answered your own question already...IF its real.

It's a proposed buyout of "participants". Unfortunately prior to the "buyout" there were supposedly only 1,719,092 SMAS shares outstanding...which of course is BS at today's date.

The "BIORED, NV", "Michael Vardakis" and very specific share counts which are conveniently not highlighted might give away the photoshop fraud...it seems like this comes from an old HSTI filing?
