To My fellow $SRSR shareholders, when you get your proxy the easiest way to vote is to go to the website on the proxy then use your control ID Number to vote.

If you haven't received your proxy by now, email [e-mail] tell her how many shares you have on Feb. 4 the record date, name,address then she will email you your Control ID, the vote website and you can vote digitally.

I know I'm voting 'For" Mr. Fuschino and Mr. Miccacchi, "Withold" is a vote against the proposed directors

$SRSR had been dead for 7 years under Dan's direction, nothing happened, stock slumped until major shareholders financed a meeting and only then did the stock show some life. Dan had his chance, he told the Nevada court in August 2020 he would hold an SRSR meeting, the first in nine years. He couldn't gain enough confidence from anyone in the exploration industry to raise the money to hold a meeting.


Clearly, Dan Byrnes isn't proper management material under any circumstances..
