When it becomes validation, your theory will change in my opinion. It is a confirmation of what is not on any paper right now. The revenue numbers being pushed around, once realized on those filings will be, a catalysst for the multiples this stock will see, believe it or not, all IMVHO. we wait. Those multiples will be enhanced with CEO's words expressed, more contracts of the same type in the future.
